Receptionist And Admin Assistant - Sharjah - United Arab Emirates

Description: Main Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities::

1. Answer incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate person or department.
2. Maintain the fax machine, dispatch the incoming fax messages to the appropriate employee.
3. Greet and welcome visitors to the Offices, ensuring they sign in the visitor’s book and informing the relevant member of staff of their arrival.
4. Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
5. Answer all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
6. Ensure that all offices cleanliness is maintained on daily basis.
7. Provide office supplies (Stationery & kitchen supplies) for staff and maintain adequate stocks.
8. Coordinate with the PRO concerning the visa related tasks (new visas, visa cancellation and visa renewal on a timely manner.
9. Coordinate with the Drivers for delivery and document transmittal tasks.
10. Perform various admin related tasks

Job Specifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree / Diploma.
2. 2+ years of experience as receptionist/ Admin Assistant.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Strong interpersonal skills to interact with others
5. Strong communication skills
6. Strong organizational and time management skills
7. Ability to read, write & talk English languages
8. Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Power point)
