Strong telecommunications knowledge, fiber optics, fiber optics testing, and DSL knowledge.
Familiarity with voice, data, and loop treatment applications and the ability to develop a product from concept to completion.
Solid communication skills, technical expertise, and work well in a team or independently.
Demonstrated experience in successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
Ability to solve engineering design and manufacturing process problems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to lead/manage Fiber Installation team.
Required PC experience includes proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project Management.
