Customer Care Executive - Wataniya Telecom - Qtel - Kuwait

Provide a professional, efficient telephone service to customers who contact the Inbound Call Center looking for information or to make enquiries.

Key Accountabilities and Activities:

    Provide an efficient telephone enquiry service to customers, by ensuring calls are answered promptly and meet the telephone volume targets set, whilst ensuring high cutomer satisfaction.
    Ensure that product knowledge is at sufficient levels to accurately advise customers on the entire range of Wataniya Telecom services.
    Ensure that all calls are answered to customer satisfaction and more complex ones are escalated as appropriate.
    Analyse and resolve customer queries and requests set within set procedures.
    Undertake all procedures and products optimise market intelligence gathering.
    Proactively keep updated on new products, services, systems and work processes to provide efficient and quality customer service.
    Close sale, where possible, by matching customer requirements to products/services on offer to meet target sales.

Qualifications:
    2 year diploma
    Good telephone manners
    Excellent Arabic and English Language skills.
    Strong knowledge of of products, services, systems and procedures
