Quality Control Officer Furniture - Alghanim Industries - Kuwait

The job of a Customer Service Quality Control Officer is a highly focused position to ensure that the products sold by Home
Division fit the purpose and meet customer expectations and legal compliance on delivery.

Key Accountabilities

• Evaluating the company’s product specifications and examining them with customer requirements
• Customer site inspection visits & problem assessment
• Promoting performance improvement and quality assurance programs throughout the organization
• Maintaining and setting up documentation and control procedures
• Supervising & ensure technical/ warehouse team carries out the recommended actions in a timely manner
• Maintaining a trackers of visits & proper management of all visit reports
• Monitoring performance by collecting relevant information and preparing statistical reports
• Contemplating the application of health and safety, and environmental standards
• Collating and analyzing performance charts and data against defined parameters

Skill, Knowledge and Experience Required
• Presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Time management skills, self-motivated and driven individual
• Ability to motivate and influence people
• Organizing, planning and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team
• Good statistical and numerical ability
• Driving license, own vehicle & solid knowledge of Kuwait areas is a MUST
• Bilingual – English & Arabic
