Must be a Graduate engineer (preferably with an MBA degree in addition) with significant experience in tires, lubricants, and batteries. Needs to be a self-starter and a go-getter. Will have P & L responsibility.
Experience with reputed brands and a proven sales track record are essential. Must be able to interact with Principals and be adept at channel management, pricing strategies, and sales promotions.
Will be required to lead a team to achieve significantly higher sales, higher market shares, and better business results.
